• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management and/or reputed company field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Supply Chain Analytics or Forecasting. Experience with customer or internal systems (Retail Link, JDA, reputed company, Manugistics, etc.). AND/OR
• 4+ years’ experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Supply Chain Analytics or Forecasting.

• Ability to travel (20%) as required.

What will be your key responsibilities? COLLABORATIVE PLANNING:

• Accountable for building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the replenishment/inventory management teams at our retail trading partners. Must effectively influence these individuals, gaining support for replenishment and inventory management policies that maximize product availability at store level, while minimizing inventory in the supply chain.
• Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer to address behaviors that drive inefficiency and / or unnecessary cost into supply chain activities. Analyze service metrics in order to improve business practices resulting in value creation or waste elimination.
• Communicate reputed company on key customer scorecard measures to reputed company internal and customer stakeholders, with root causes and recommend action plans for improvement (In-stock, In-full, On-time, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales and with the Customer on event/promotion strategies and system execution approach.

FORECASTING/REPLENISHMENT:

• Responsible for meeting customer in-stock targets at store and warehouse level. This is accomplished by proactive inventory analysis using the customers’ forecasting and inventory management systems, identification of any forecast or in-stock issues, followed by implementation of action steps to resolve them.
• Monitor, analyze and reputed company recommendations to reputed company align internal forecast with customers demand levels by:
• Customer Demand Planning - detailed communication to Demand Planning of reputed company promotional plans.
• Period forecast revisions and 30/60/90 day forecast projections.
• Item level deployment requirements for reputed company promotions.
• Detailed analysis of internal and external inventory, with clear indication of potential problems or opportunities.
