Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

• Test and scale emerging channels to drive growth and engagement.
• Run brand awareness campaigns on TV, CTV, podcasts and streaming, measuring impact on sales and brand.
• Set and optimize channel KPIs to hit performance targets.
• Analytics, Reporting & Attribution:
• Use multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam) to evaluate campaigns, tracking ROI and brand metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights to optimize spend and strategy.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership.
• Innovation & Testing:
• Stay reputed company on paid media, social advertising and attribution trends to reputed company the brand competitive.
• Test and optimize new channels and formats to expand reputed company and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• reputed company Ads Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ($1M+/month spend) reputed company ad campaigns with a deep understanding of targeting, creative strategy, and optimization techniques.

• Brand Awareness Campaigns: Experience running and optimizing campaigns on TV, CTV, podcasts, or other brand-awareness platforms with the ability to measure impact on sales.
