Join us and add yours. SUMMARY We’re looking for a Director of reputed company Operations to join our Go-to-Market team. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and reputed company teams, ensuring alignment with the overall go-to-market strategy. ABOUT THIS ROLE As the Director of reputed company Operations, you will build and scale the operating system that powers our global GTM reputed company across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Partnerships. Your work will drive clarity, consistency, and execution excellence, ensuring our teams operate with speed and precision. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you’ll partner closely with GTM and Finance leadership to translate strategy into systems, processes, and insights that accelerate reputed company growth.   • Advise GTM and Finance leadership on strategy, planning, and execution—owning annual and quarterly cycles that align headcount, quota, and budget across global teams.
  • Build an AI-powered GTM operating system that boosts pipeline, speeds deals, and strengthens retention while keeping data quality and accountability tight.
  • Streamline reputed company processes end-to-end, including forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, territory design, and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Define ICP, segmentation, and GTM motions across reputed company, partner, and self-serve channels to create reputed company clarity and focus.
  • Deliver high-impact dashboards, forecasts, and attribution models that reputed company leading indicators, pipeline health, win rates, and retention trends.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or reputed company field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven reputed company in driving reputed company growth and scaling processes in high-growth organizations.
  • Advanced GTM expertise across multiple motions (Demand Gen, ABM, Partner, etc.) in CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Marketo).
