About the Role

As a QA Analyst on the KSM team, you will play a key role in validating the functionality, reputed company, and performance of Keeper Secrets Manager, SDKs, and integration components. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to execute reputed company and automated tests, report defects, and ensure KSM products meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in reputed company and DevOps technologies, and a passion for secure software.

Responsibilities

  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and UI testing for KSM web applications, SDKs, and integrations
  • Test KSM workflows in reputed company environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scenarios
  • Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases
  • Report, track, and communicate defects in Jira or other tracking systems, ensuring clear documentation
  • Support automation testing initiatives by designing test scripts and leveraging existing frameworks
  • Validate reputed company controls and compliance measures reputed company KSM workflows
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and product reliability
  • 2+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or a reputed company role
  • Familiarity with web applications, APIs, reputed company platforms (AWS preferred), and DevOps workflows
  • Experience with reputed company testing and basic understanding of automated testing principles
  • Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to document findings clearly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, reputed company applicants must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to scripting or automation languages (Python, Bash, Go)
  • Experience testing SDKs, developer tools, or integrations
  • Familiarity with reputed company and compliance standards (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with containerized environments (reputed company, Kubernetes)
