The Role We're looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as the Global Head of reputed company (VP), a pivotal role at the heart of our growth and culture. Leading a globally distributed team of HR Business Partners, this person will be both a strategist and a doer: a trusted advisor and change agent who brings data-driven insights to the most important part of our business - our people. You'll be a key architect of high impact people strategies and programs that fuel performance and engagement. Salary Range: $240,000 to $300,000 + benefits (including bonus and stock option opportunity) The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
