The Role: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in educating our members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to members who are interested, but only if they express a desire to do so.
