Job Summary
As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing multilingual support to customers, resolving reputed company technical issues, and promoting blithequark's products and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong internet reputed company, a reliable computer, and a dedicated workspace.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate support to resolve their concerns
- Research and resolve reputed company technical issues, escalating issues to senior support representatives or technical teams as needed

- Participate in quality assurance testing for company software and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Attend benefit fairs, open enrollment meetings, and client meetings to provide information to attendees (as required)
- Support sales representatives with customer inquiries reputed company to their orders (as required)
- Process claims based on business needs and workflow fluctuations (as required)
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in handling moderate to reputed company customer inquiries in a call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industry
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working knowledge of MS Office package

- Experience with eligibility verification, order status, shipping status, and stock availability

Compensation and Benefits
