We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager – Digital Inbound to join reputed company on a 9-month contract basis. As a key member of our Digital reputed company strategy, you'll work closely with our clients to drive adoption of our solutions, ensure they reputed company the solution to reputed company their objectives, and provide a positive experience with blithequark.
Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company reputed company Manager – Digital Inbound, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound reputed company inquiries, leveraging correspondence reputed company a case management application
- Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers to drive adoption of our solutions and ensure they reputed company the solution to reputed company their objectives, leading to full business value for the customer and high retention rates and net promotor scores for blithequark
- Preparing a monthly analysis of customer engagement strengths, including reputed company towards KPI attainment

Required Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio through prioritization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency

- Exposure to LTC (Long Term Care) industry/technology or experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records)

Compensation and Benefits
As an reputed company reputed company Manager – Digital Inbound, you'll be paid an hourly reputed company of $45-$48, with a 4% addition to your hourly reputed company to compensate you for benefits you're not receiving during this contract period. This is a contract role to cover a maternity leave from December 9th, 2024 to September 8th, 2025.
