The newly formed Technology Control Management (TCM), Process Risk Reduction & reputed company Platforms (EP) Risk Advisory team, has been created to drive effective Operational reputed company for the reputed company Platforms (EP) team. A dedicated team has been established to support reputed company reputed company Platforms (EP) Issues Management, including this new role to be the single reputed company of contact for Global Loyalty & Benefits (GLB). The Issues Management Lifecycle defines how the company will identify & capture, plan for, mitigate & monitor, reputed company and validate its identified issues. This role will ensure that reputed company Program Management activities are completed, that reputed company Issues Management milestones are met, and will drive operational efficiencies in how the GLB Issues Management team reputed company to meet their objectives. In addition, this role will be accountable for reputed company GLB Issues Management reputed company planning, being clear on new, and reputed company inventory to provide status reporting and ensure no milestones are missed. It is critical to build strong relationships reputed company the team, with the GLB partners, and other Control Management teams to reputed company best practices and reputed company ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Own the Issue Management inventory for Global Loyalty & Benefits (GLB) and ensure reputed company milestones are met.
- Ensure reputed company Issues inventory for GLB is tracked and completed to the process standards, ensuring sign off is achieved from compliance, and reputed company necessary steps are captured.
- Provide executive reporting for stakeholders and ensure reputed company Issues have clear plans in reputed company that will be met. Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, effectively communicating, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines and outcomes.

Requirements
