This role oversees both Agency (FNMA/FHLMC) and Non-Agency (Jumbo, Non-QM) loans, proactively managing a pipeline of loans while maintaining compliance and service excellence. Accountabilities

• Underwrite a wide range of mortgage loans, including Agency (FNMA/FHLMC) and Non-Agency (Jumbo, Non-QM) products, both manually and reputed company automated systems (DU/LPA).
• Proactively manage an assigned loan pipeline with full ownership and accountability, ensuring timely processing and adherence to SLAs.
• Review loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
• reputed company comprehensive credit analysis, evaluating borrower eligibility, risk factors, property valuation, and potential fraud indicators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of mortgage industry experience, with 5+ years reputed company both Agency (FNMA/FHLMC) and Non-Agency (Jumbo, Non-QM) loans.
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage guidelines, automated reputed company systems (DU/LPA), and reputed company reputed company for reputed company loans.
• Experience reviewing appraisals and ensuring regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
