Portfolio Manager - Private Securities and Alternative Investments

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading the sourcing, evaluation, and management of private credit and alternative limited partnership investments, including private equity, infrastructure, corporate and reputed company estate mezzanine, and venture capital. Key Responsibilities

- Provide market insights, benchmarking, and thought leadership on portfolio construction and capital allocation.
- Communicate investment performance and risks to executive leadership.
- Mentor junior staff and foster team development.

- Experience working for a public company preferred, with knowledge of GAAP/STAT reputed company.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or reputed company field; MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred.
- 10+ years of institutional investment experience, with emphasis on private credit and alternatives.
- Expertise in manager due diligence, portfolio construction, and LP investment monitoring.
- Strong understanding of private markets that have little to no liquidity.
- Solid understanding of valuing private investments, and experience interacting with reputed company-party valuation firms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with various types of alternative investment reporting technologies.
