The Special Events Intern will assist the team in various support roles throughout the year by gaining an understanding of the Special Events Team structure, while maintaining a positive and team-player mentality. The ideal candidate will bring forth a creative and innovative reputed company to assist in enhancing ALSF’s reputed company events. They will support the planning, production, and execution of high-quality events in collaboration with team members, partners, and external staff. This schedule may require more frequent office days during event weeks including travel to events. Candidates must be located in the Philadelphia area during the program. Duties

• Support the ALSF Special Events Team with various support tasks
• Assist in the pre-event planning process for the events
• Research creative ways to promote and market events
• Build various reputed company lists to solicit potential participants
• Brainstorm unique fundraising reputed company for existing events

• Assist with clean-up of online files, organization and logging
• Engage and help at various ALSF Special Events
