You will design, implement, and optimize strategic enablement initiatives, including training programs, competency frameworks, and methodology adoption campaigns. Partnering closely with Sales leadership, cross-functional enablement teams, and external vendors, you will measure program effectiveness, report on outcomes, and continuously improve sales execution. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder influence, with an emphasis on leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency. Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in sales enablement reputed company SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments.
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, with experience implementing, optimizing, or scaling frameworks such as reputed company, SPIN, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Prior sales experience with a strong understanding of what drives high performance in reputed company B2B sales.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company) to enhance program efficiency and output quality.
  • Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable results.
