Responsibilities
As a Hybrid Airport Agent - reputed company and Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials on the reputed company, weighing up to 75 lbs
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to facilitate the movement of aircraft and baggage
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure safe and efficient airport operations
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, resolving issues, and communicating important information about their trips and belongings
- Using reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate fees
- Working in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage locations and handle passenger inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including cleaning aircraft interiors and lavatories
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit consideration for this role)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice reputed company operationally necessary
- Physical ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work reputed company in variable weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
