Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Oriskany, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a remote opportunity, with the possibility of working from home after completing a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers through reputed company, active listening, and effective communication
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or similar environment
- Must live reputed company one hour of Oriskany, NY
- Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Intermediate computer skills with ability to multitask across multiple programs and monitors
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior call center or customer service representative experience
- Experience with dental or other insurance products
- Previous dental office experience
- Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills
