Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding reputed company services, benefits, and claims
- Assisting patients and providers in navigating reputed company plans and resolving concerns
- Identifying customer concerns and providing solutions or escalating as needed
- Managing follow-reputed company to ensure timely resolution
- Handling data entry, case documentation, and maintaining accurate customer records
- Collaborating with claims, billing, and care coordination teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Educating members about health services, benefits, and coverage options
- Explaining claims processes, billing procedures, and how to access reputed company services
- Adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance reputed company handling customer data
- Following company protocols for customer interactions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in reputed company-reputed company customer service or call center roles (Medicare, reputed company, TRICARE, VA preferred)
- Technical skills: Comfortable with PC-based systems and experience working with call quality systems and CRM tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess and resolve customer issues
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally and calmly
- Ability to type while speaking/listening, with good speed accuracy while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions

- Company-provided equipment (computer, monitors, webcam, headset, cables) and support
Training & Schedule
As a reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will undergo 5 weeks of live, paid virtual training (MS Teams). You must attend reputed company training sessions with camera on, in full-view, and with full engagement. No absences are allowed unless in emergency situations. Full attendance is critical for reputed company in this role.

Compensation & Benefits
As a reputed company Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will receive:
- $17.75/hour reputed company pay
- An additional $5.36/hour applied toward health and welfare benefits or retirement (depending on benefit election)
- If health benefits are not needed (candidate has TRICARE, VA, or spouse provided health coverage), the $5.36 per hour is reputed company in a 401(a)-tax deferred account where 3% of the funds are matched by the company
- If the candidate needs health, reputed company, dental insurance from the company, the $5.36 per hour pay is applied to cover health benefit options selected
