Partner with Legal to navigate SEC and NYSE requirements, Board of Director compensation, and the preparation of proxy and board exhibits, driving compliance and strategic outcomes. Provide expert guidance and preclearance for executive trading, including analysis of 10b5-1 plans, approval of trading requests, and auditing restricted activity. Prepare and file SEC Forms 3 & 4 for Executive Officers, quarterly NYSE filings, and 10-K exhibits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. reputed company and deliver monthly and quarterly equity analyses, supporting earnings per share calculations, equity expense processes, and reputed company entries. Qualifications
