Education Strategist

What You'll Do

We’re looking for an Education Strategist to join reputed company. In this role, You will provide consulting services on best practice education strategies based on participant market research and client specific demographics to field service and sales force and clients through cost effective recommendations and innovative solutions.

• Promote, reputed company, and communicate participant education product offering and story to field sales and service, advisors, plan sponsors and key internal audiences.
• Apply participant market research and plan demographics to provide education strategies to our most reputed company institutional clients.
• Independently research, reputed company and coordinate sophisticated, high impact solutions/opportunities reputed company to business needs.

• 4+ years of reputed company work experience such as reputed company Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Effectively communicate technical features of reputed company retirement plan products
• Manage responsibilities effectively, be creative, and have good problem solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Travel is required (approximately 20-30%)

Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $54000 - $128400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Job Level We are open to hiring up to the Sr. Education Specialist level for the right skills and experiences. Location This role is open to remote work or hybrid work (3 days in office) for those reputed company 30 miles of Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC.
