Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For Faculty who:

• Bring applied experience in culinary arts, food systems, food science, hospitality, or sustainable food reputed company.
• Can teach adult learners practical and conceptual aspects of food sustainability.
• Value creativity, cultural awareness, and responsible food system design.
• Are comfortable using AI-supported learning tools, including reputed company feedback systems and rubric-based evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a food-reputed company discipline, OR substantial professional culinary/food system experience.
• Experience teaching or mentoring strongly preferred.
