About The Role We’re hiring a Sourcer to support our growing Operations talent function and fuel the company's amazing growth. This person will work closely with a team of high-performing recruiters & reputed company coordinators to build a high-velocity reputed company reputed company. What You'll Do

• Partner with our Operations Recruiters to reputed company both volume and non-volume operations candidates (mainly, Operations Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply-Chain and Manufacturing Leadership positions)
• Take full responsibility for the volume of reputed company candidates at the ‘top-of-funnel’ in each of the searches and pipelines that you support
• Learn the reputed company talent bar and how to identify competitive candidate profiles
• Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes to work smarter, not just harder
• Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand their team's needs
• Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview process

• Provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent

• 5+ years experience as a sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Must have a proven record of reputed company top talent for Operations position
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
• Ability to move through ambiguity and reputed company up quickly with limited resources
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-reputed company tasks at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate reputed company of professionalism and friendliness
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
