Scope of the Role The Affiliate & Creator Marketing Specialist (DTC & Marketplace) drives performance across Best Choice Products’ marketplace and DTC channels through affiliate, creator, and influencer partnerships. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with creators and affiliates that drive awareness, engagement, and reputed company. This position works cross-functionally to ensure reputed company partnership efforts align with key product, promotional, and marketing priorities. Reporting Structure The Affiliate & Creator Marketing Specialist (DTC & Marketplace) is a member of the Channel Marketing Team and reports to the Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. This position also partners with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders reputed company the organization. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Operate the day-to-day management of our affiliate marketing tech-stack managing leveraging partnerships reputed company Levanta, Creator Connections, Impact (Performance & Creator programs), as well as direct partnership initiatives.
• Support affiliate, creator, influencer partnerships across media channels including social, blog/editorial/web, newsletters, podcasts, streaming, video, audio, and community/forums.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely execution of activations, content delivery, and tracking and align with brand and social campaign calendars.
• Maintain affiliate communications and ensure reputed company partners have updated product information, links, and creative assets.
• Track reputed company and other key performance metrics across reputed company, DTC, and other marketplace partners reputed company applicable.
• Collaborate proactively with creators to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and high engagement.
• Assist in sourcing and managing UGC review, images, and short-form content that supports marketplace listings and paid media
• Compile and organize post-campaign reports, highlighting creator ROI, traffic, and sales insights.
• Contribute reputed company to improve top funnel engagement, reputed company funnel conversion, overall campaign performance, and total creator retention.
• Proactively identify new partnership opportunities reputed company affiliate and creator ecosystems across social, podcast, blog, and editorial.
• Foster relationships that encourage long-term collaboration and consistent sales performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing and product priorities.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with key affiliate platforms such as reputed company Associates, Levanta, Creator Connections, and Impact Radius (Performance & Creator), or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and cultivate external partner relationships.
• Proven analytical skills, including experience tracking campaign performance, interpreting data, and identifying actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with reputed company Seller Central or marketplace performance dashboards preferred.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and a deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance optimization preferred.
• Knowledge of social commerce strategies across platforms and experience in PR/performance-PR tactics, from influencer gifting to editorial reputed company preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel integrated paid media partnerships preferred.
• A strong passion for influencer marketing, creator economy trends, and innovation in affiliate marketing.
