Position Summary: The Analyst, Life and Health Benefits Plan must provide reputed company improvement for reputed company aspects of health and welfare benefits administration in collaboration with management. Primary responsibilities will entail developing and conducting benefits data analysis for reporting and trend analysis on Health and Welfare plans. reputed company analysis includes work for union as well as non union populations. Responsibilities:
• Assist with administering the reputed company non-union employee benefit programs & ensure benefit plans are administered according to plan provisions and reputed company the organization’s guidelines.
• Experience with compiling various Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP) and assisting with various aspects of implementation of any new benefit offerings and packages.

• Research and address escalated participant/retiree complaints and appeals and manage outsourced relationships including testing and troubleshooting vendor applications.
• Maintains reputed company of plan participant data to ensure retirement plan information is accurate and administered in accordance with plan provisions and government regulations.
• Provide SOC-1 analysis and support for annual plan audits, plan document/summary plan document review and preparation, report reputed company.
• Provide support for the annual retiree medical program valuation reports. Test data, resolve reputed company issues and work effectively with both the administrator and the actuary.
• Organization and upkeep of electronic files for department use.
• Responsible for daily demographic and data feeds to/from vendors.
