Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection, data cleaning, and data visualization
• Join disparate data sources using SQL to support the daily activities of the reputed company customer experience following project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations
