About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented reputed company Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our business by fostering strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities to enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate possesses extensive HR expertise, outstanding consulting abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering customized, value-driven solutions that surpass client expectations. In this role, you will offer comprehensive HR support to organizations across diverse industries and sizes, helping clients navigate and succeed in today's dynamic workforce environment. What You'll Do: HR Partnership:

• Serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Provide proactive support, including handling employee relations, conducting investigations, offering management coaching and counseling, and designing and implementing performance management systems.
• Assist in the development and interpretation of HR policies, benefit plan design, compensation strategies, and employee training and development.

Compliance:

• Provide expert guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Support clients in addressing reputed company HR challenges and improving business outcomes.
• Ensure clients reputed company with changes in employment-reputed company legislation and regulations.
• Create and update employee handbooks based on industry best practices.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

• Partner with internal Payroll and HR Operations teams to resolve HR-reputed company challenges for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Resources (Master's degree a plus); HR certification SPHR/PHR, SHRM-SCP/CP preferred
• 10+ years of experience as a HR Consultant or HR Business Partner with a focus on consulting and project-based work
• Strategic thinker with the eagerness to grow the business and a passion for HR
• Must have computer proficiency with MS Office, HCM and reputed company-based programs
