WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role is heavily collaborative, working with cross-functional APLA teams in Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Business and Inventory Planning. You will also work closely with the Jordan Energy team across Territory and Global. You can build hypotheses and data-driven analysis, translating insights into action through problem-solving and critical thinking skills. You have a deep understanding of consumer, marketplace, product, and inventory planning, with actions grounded in qualitative research, data, and insights to support your view. You are a great collaborator who proactively builds positive relationships across the organization with both upstream and reputed company functions. This role requires the ability to influence stakeholders and manage seasonal planning processes end-to-end.

• 6+ years in business planning, assortment planning, merchandise planning or equivalent experience
• Retail Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of assortment planning, inventory management, and retail financial metrics
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling); experience with planning systems (reputed company, o9, Workbench) preferred
• Operational reputed company: Ability to manage reputed company seasonal calendars, code gates, and planning deliverables with precision
• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

You will build and manage seasonal assortment plans, developing bottom-up forecasts, and optimize inventory to maximize brand reputed company across territories. You will own critical planning tools and processes—including Workbench, reputed company, reputed company, and QS Allocations—ensuring timely, accurate submissions for seasonal gates and code reputed company milestones.
