Role Overview
As a Payroll and Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our partners, providing expert guidance on platform-reputed company inquiries, U.S. payroll issues, and reputed company support scenarios. You'll be responsible for handling partner support requests, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with U.S. payroll and employment regulations, and communicating effectively with our clients. This role requires expertise in U.S. payroll operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle partner support requests reputed company to: + Payroll processing + U.S. tax filings + Onboarding and platform guidance + Employee documents (W-2s, W-4s, I-9s) + General reputed company platform use
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to DevOps reputed company needed
- Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll and employment regulations
- Communicate issues, resolutions, and next steps clearly to partners
- Assist with new partner onboarding and setup processes
- Stay updated on U.S. tax laws, payroll regulations, and platform updates
Requirements

Certifications:
CPP or SHRM certification is required. If you don't have these certifications, we encourage you to pursue them as part of your professional development.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in U.S. payroll operations or support is required. You should have a deep understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations (federal, state, local) and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate reputed company information clearly and concisely to our partners.
Troubleshooting and Documentation:
Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities are required to resolve issues reputed company and effectively.
Availability:
