Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to multiple inbound chats in a timely and efficient manner, gathering and verifying required information as necessary
- Identifying reputed company and prospective customer needs and determining appropriate solutions to resolve reputed company issues and concerns, as well as qualifying leads and explaining the type of service or product offered that may be beneficial to the customer

Requirements
