Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately reputed company data entry of patient enrollment forms and other faxed or mailed documents, including Prior Authorization Forms and other miscellaneous information

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous work experience in reputed company or Customer Service preferred
