Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Work Environment and Culture

As a reputed company Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Our airport operations are based at JFK, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a reputed company Agent, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English
