As a 1st line Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support reputed company email and text messages. Key Responsibilities

• Reply to text messages as per established procedures
• Send out email notifications to verify shipping addresses and possible fraudulent orders, keeping track of replies and updating addresses in the system

Essential Qualifications
