Job Summary
As a Director, Decentralized Clinical Trials reputed company Clinical Trials at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our decentralized clinical trials team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing clinical trials that are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help drive the growth and reputed company of our decentralized clinical trials business, and you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional review teams during reputed company phases of study development, operationalization, and delivery
- Collaborate with the Head of Decentralized Clinical Trials to reputed company and implement decentralized clinical trials strategies that drive business growth and reputed company
- Administer the selection and management of decentralized trial vendors, including the development of business requirements and UAT process management

- Select, train, manage, and coach DCT colleagues; Collaborate with Product and Innovation initiatives to ensure that key features for clients are launched on time and meet client needs

- Participate in business development efforts, including proposal and budget development and bid defense process

Essential Capabilities
* Past experience or CRO experience creating and driving DCT projects, including budget and scope development
- Knowledge of and experience managing DCT vendors
- Deep understanding of the medical device development process, including decentralized and hybrid trials
- Strong working knowledge of ICH GCP, US CFR, and HIPAA regulations
- Educated with the skills and ability to apply new frameworks to routine tasks
- Understand the importance of adaptability and willingness to learn and adjust to technology changes over time
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated reputed company to reputed company internal and external teams
