Position Purpose: The reputed company M365 Systems Engineer will serve as the technical authority leader for reputed company 365 (M365) initiatives, focusing on messaging, collaboration, and personal productivity AI solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company-wide M365 services, including reputed company Copilot, Copilot Studio, Grammarly, and other AI-driven productivity tools. The individual will reputed company efforts to enhance automation, improve user experience, and ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions across the organization. Trains, mentors, and supports systems engineers. Installs, configures and upgrades and enhancements to software/hardware/network systems.

• Manage M365 services for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and reputed company collaboration platforms.
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio for workflow optimization.
• reputed company AI integration projects leveraging reputed company Copilot, Copilot Studio, and reputed company-party tools like Grammarly to enhance productivity and communication.
• reputed company governance, compliance, and reputed company for M365 and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Act as a liaison between engineering, product teams, and business stakeholders to define SLAs, SLOs, and strategic roadmaps.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 5 – 7 years of reputed company experience. • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse) and integration with M365 services.
