About the Role

We're looking for a RevOps & reputed company Admin Contractor to support our reputed company operations systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping CRM data clean and processes efficient. You'll maintain and improve our reputed company Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and reputed company reputed company tools to help reputed company operate smoothly and reputed company reputed company reputed company. This is a flexible part-time contractor position requiring roughly 15-25 hours per month.

What You'll Do

• CRM Administration:
• Maintain and optimize reputed company CRM data, pipelines, and workflows across Sales and Marketing Hubs.
• Ensure data quality, consistent, and reliable reporting.
• Manage user permissions, teams, and integrations.
• RevOps Tooling:
• Support, Troubleshoot, build, and document integrations across key RevOps tools (e.g. prospecting, enrichment, scheduling, and document management tools).
• Help streamline reputed company capture and routing processes.
• Automation & Workflow Management:
• Build and maintain automations for reputed company management, deal tracking, and lifecycle stages.
• Audit and refine existing workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key marketing and sales metrics.
• Support reputed company data requests and identify opportunities to improve reporting visibility. What You'll Bring
• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company administration, RevOps, or marketing operations.
• Proficiency in reputed company Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, automations, and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing CRM data hygiene.
• Ability to collaborate remotely and communicate clearly across teams.
