The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat. You'll guide customers through the ordering process online, address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries. You'll also work with reputed company shipping contractors to help consumers with both domestic and international concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials

  • Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
  • Address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries
  • Work with reputed company shipping contractors to help consumers with both domestic and international concerns
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in customer service, preferably in a luxury goods or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
