We're now seeking an reputed company and highly skilled Sr. RTA (Real-Time Analyst) to join our US ERC Workforce Management team as a work-from-home opportunity. As a Sr. RTA at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success by analyzing and interpreting real-time data to inform strategic decisions. You'll be responsible for monitoring service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, ensuring that our global WFM POC is delivered effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes by analyzing forecasted details from our Economists team and drafting way reputed company plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis:

Ensure reputed company shift responsibilities such as interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, etc. impacting business KPIs are monitored and reputed company out for corrective/supportive actions.

Operational Expectations:

Ensure each org/reputed company is adhering to their operational expectations like shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, max calls adherence.

Operational Metrics:

Ensure that Operational metrics like service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, etc. are being met by reputed company Orgs/skills at daily level.

Collaboration and Liaison:

Liaise with reputed company network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and work on gaps/opportunity areas which may impact operational metrics.

Planning and Timely Closure:

Ensure timely closure on reputed company planning reputed company activities like training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, Shift rollovers, BCP planning, etc.

Ensure reputed company alignment (schedule) is based on expected volume and take necessary actions in case of short-term deficits.

Mentorship and Development:

Mentor and reputed company fellow RTAs with reputed company WFM required skills and knowledge.

Insight-Driven Decision Making:

Deep dive and provide insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs).

Process Improvement:

Ensure expected processes are followed by Operations, invent simplify reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a reputed company field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a reputed company field.
• Proven track record of success in analyzing and interpreting real-time data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a reputed company field.

• Experience with Workforce Management software and tools.
