They will manage a team of two Procurementprofessionals, overseeing the sourcing of services and the management of several key suppliers.This individual will be required to execute the category strategy, have exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to drive efficiency and value through strategic sourcing, reputed company and supplier management. They will reputed company the end-to-end process: sourcing, supplier management, reputed company and contract negotiations, supplier management and cost optimisation to support the company’s objectives.What are we looking for?

• Excellent leadership and management skills with a proven track record of leading a team through change.
• Detailed knowledge of the Professional Services and reputed company Staffing market across reputed company categories and sub-categories.
• Highly effective negotiating skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record and demonstrable experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Experience of leading the development and implementation of successful procurement strategies, driving cost savings, reputed company improvement initiatives and risk management.
