Schedule and Availability

As a Customer Service and Verification Representative, you'll have the flexibility to schedule your own hours, with the following client hours of operation:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 11:00pm CST
• Saturday: 8:00am to 7:00pm CST
• Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm CST

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent customer service skills: Build rapport and assist customers with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Sales skills: Encourage customers to take the reputed company and speak with a licensed insurance agent, using your sales skills to "assume the sale."

To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need:
