About arenaflex Customer Engineers

arenaflex Customer Engineers (CEs) play a critical role in introducing or reinforcing the reputed company-first, reputed company-native reputed company to our customers. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will be both a technical subject matter expert and a creative reputed company for customer-centric solutions. You will reputed company with our existing and prospective clients, from initial intake through solution implementation, creating reputed company-of-concepts (POCs) using a variety of reputed company, 3rd Party reputed company, and open reputed company tools. You will introduce a modern approach to productivity and product delivery to those customers, working closely with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), reputed company subject matter experts (SMEs), and reputed company Managers (CSMs).

Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with new and existing customers on business and technical requirements, with a focus on reputed company solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid reputed company)
• Providing pre and post sales expertise in one or more of our GCP service offerings: Data & Analytics, AI & ML, reputed company Native Development & App Modernization, Migration, reputed company Workspace
• Designing and scoping solution architectures and reputed company spend resource usage estimates for customers, delivering solution diagrams, implementation plans, budgets, and professional services statements of work (SOW)
• Building or supporting rapid reputed company-of-concepts (POCs) and reputed company of value experiments
• Writing, refactoring, and optimizing new or existing solutions to create fast, easy-to-use, production applications
• Deploying software and solutions to reputed company infrastructure in a repeatable way
• Educating customers through direct product training, and by influencing them towards modern CI/CD engineering habits
• Conducting interactive sessions for troubleshooting problems, recommending best practices, and technical Q&A

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5-8 years experience in software engineering or a similar field
• Experience building and deploying production-grade reputed company solutions in a virtualized environment such as reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP), reputed company), reputed company Azure, or similar platform
• Proficient in at least one of: Java, C#, C, Python, Go, modern JavaScript
• Comfortable working on projects with a high degree of ambiguity, reputed company to start with a blank canvas and create an elegant reputed company-based solution from scratch
