[Remote] Business Analyst: IT Associate

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. is searching for a Business Analyst: IT Associate for a contract assignment with one of their premier Infrastructure services clients. The role involves supporting key initiatives in reputed company and Network reputed company, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, and assisting in the implementation of reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives reputed company our reputed company and Network reputed company organization
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and application owners to analyze requirements, coordinate testing activities, assess SaaS reputed company posture, and help drive successful implementation of new technologies—specifically the reputed company Secure Access solution
• This position is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable acting as a reputed company between business needs and technical execution
• Serve as a liaison between technical reputed company teams, business units, and application owners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements reputed company to reputed company initiatives and reputed company solutions
• Assist in developing project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and support materials
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities for the reputed company Secure Access implementation
• Document test cases, record results, and track issues or defects to closure
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate remediation efforts and ensure successful testing milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess the reputed company posture of SaaS applications across the organization
• Collect and analyze data on reputed company configurations, identify gaps, and support follow-up actions with application owners
• Assist in the creation of recommendations and best-practice guidance to help enhance SaaS governance and compliance
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and status updates for project stakeholders

Skills
