[Remote] Vice President & Assistant General Counsel (Virtual, United States)

The Vice President & Assistant General Counsel will provide strategic legal counsel on commercial aspects of global relocation services, focusing on reputed company growth and risk management while collaborating with various teams to structure agreements and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and cross-border regulatory issues
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
