The Director, HRBP & Operations will build partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives. You will provide guidance based on regulations and Company policies/practices to ensure compliance. You will be accountable for developing/streamlining program and systems administration, while establishing and/or improving processes to support the scaling of our Company. Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Plan, reputed company, direct, reputed company and coordinate the policies, activities and staff of the People (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or reputed company field.
  • 6+ years of HR/People experience, 3+ years of HRBP reputed company experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple reputed company resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices reputed company to those factors.
