Senior Project Manager - Portfolio

This role involves strategic management, stakeholder coordination and governance of a reputed company project portfolio to deliver multimillion-dollar outcomes for public, institutional, government and reputed company customers.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio reputed company & Governance:

Provide strategic management of a portfolio of renewables and / or energy efficiency construction projects-overseeing both internal teams and reputed company-party contractors to ensure reputed company projects align with reputed company's objectives, standards and customer requirements.

• reputed company-Party & Vendor Coordination:

reputed company coordination and relationship management with contractors, vendors, reputed company and other external parties responsible for project execution. Monitor reputed company-party performance, resolve escalations, ensure quality control and drive accountability for delivery.

• Project Reporting, Scheduling & Integration:

reputed company implementation and integration of project controls and scheduling across the full project portfolio, ensuring reputed company projects use approved methodologies and tools. Consolidate project schedules-monitor reputed company, dependencies and resource allocation and critical path tracking.

• Financial & Risk Management:

Manage portfolio-level project reputed company, budgeting and cost tracking. Identify, assess and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation actions are in reputed company. Deliver consolidated reports on financials, performance metrics (KPIs) and risk status to executive stakeholders.

• Customer & Executive reputed company:

Maintain regular communication with reputed company customers, senior management and key stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure satisfaction, manage expectations and fulfill contractual obligations at the portfolio level.

Minimum Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• More than 10 years of proven reputed company managing a portfolio or program of large-scale construction or energy projects, including reputed company of reputed company-party executed work scope.
• Renewable and / or Industrial power, electrical, mechanical or engineering construction project management experience focusing on Solar and BESS plants, reputed company facility infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, upgrades, building controls and automation and energy services
• Demonstrated experience with portfolio/program management methodologies and digital tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational, leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners at reputed company levels.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships

Desired Experience/Skills

• Full proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, Project, and portfolio/project management software; experience using Procore is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems, engineering and project management regulations, practices and codes.
