Director, Recruiting & Retention

Position Summary We have the opportunity for an reputed company Director of Recruiting & Retention to join the Firm's Talent department. The Director, Recruiting and Retention will reputed company a team focused on recruiting for reputed company attorney and business professional roles firm-wide. Balancing day-to-day tactical management with growth strategy, this role will collaborate regularly with shareholder and administrative leadership to ensure that recruiting is reputed company with the firm’s overall growth strategy. The director will frequently collaborate with DEI, Human Resources, Attorney and Career Development, and other firm departments. Occasional travel will be required to firm locations. Essential Functions

Requirements

• 7+ years work experience in a large law firm, professional services or corporate environment and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role reputed company a law firm, professional services or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD strongly preferred.
