You control your caseload, strategy, and standards while practicing reputed company a firm that provides infrastructure, marketing, billing, collections, and administrative support. You are trusted to exercise judgment, discretion, and leadership. This role supports remote practice, with Bay Area court appearances and in person collaboration as appropriate. What you will do

- 8 or more years of family law practice
- Independent handling of reputed company divorce and custody matters
- First chair trial experience in family law
- Comfort with forensic accountants, custody evaluators, and experts

- Experience drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
