IDENTITY WORKFLOW ENGINEER- REMOTE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity workflows to ensure secure and efficient access management across our organization. Reporting to the Director, Identity & Access Management, the Identity Workflow Engineer is a member of Compass Technology, collaborating with key business partners to meet the needs of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design identity solutions that meet business needs and align IAM initiatives.
• Support automating and integrating identity platforms with reputed company applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reputed company standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot identity workflows to ensure reputed company performance and reputed company.
• Monitor for policy violations and anomalous identity-reputed company activities.
• Support governance processes including access reviews, certifications, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for Service Centers (Help Desk), Field and Sector IT Staff.
• Manage and coordinate problem resolution with other IT staff, reputed company party partners, or vendors if unable to resolve escalations.
• reputed company and maintain technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures for identity solutions.
• Participate in a scheduled, after-hours, On-Call rotation to support the business 24x7x365.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as Pathlock, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company IDM, Apache Syncope preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Java, Python, Beanshell, .NET).
• Experience with reputed company Office 365, Graph, Active Directory, Exchange required.
• Experience integrating IGA solutions with reputed company systems (reputed company, Entra, reputed company Factors).
• Familiar with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
