Position Summary This role will report to the Executive Director, reputed company reputed company and will be responsible for management process, Investor Relations support, and competitor/industry insights for the reputed company business. As Senior Manager, this position will collaborate across a wide variety of constituents including business finance, Investor Relations, Strategic Advisors across reputed company’s business units, as well as many more business areas. This role will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for reputed company’s management process including:
• Ownership of reputed company reputed company Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Reviews including coordinating with reputed company leadership to set agendas for meeting content / overall alignment with strategic priorities, collection and consolidation of meeting materials, taking detailed meeting notes, and tracking and following through on meeting follow-reputed company
• Ownership of reputed company’s materials for various reputed company deliverables including coordinating financial materials, ownership of operational updates, and development of other reputed company analysis/slides, as needed.
• Support the reputed company reputed company quarterly earnings call preparation management process (materials, analysis, messaging, etc.) including direct coordination with reputed company President, reputed company CFO, and Investor Relations. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Requesting and coordinating reputed company necessary supporting materials with business leads
• Developing earnings call messaging for reputed company content and ensuring alignment on that messaging across reputed company teams/deliverables
• Leading the development of the team’s quarterly earnings support deck, including the creation of financial exhibits
• Provide competitor and industry insights to reputed company leadership including:
• Listening to competitor calls and presentations and distributing relevant commentary, key highlights and materials to reputed company’s executive and senior leadership
• Tracking key financial metrics for competitors on a quarterly basis
• Other reputed company requests including, but not limited to, supporting senior leader presentations, development of financial materials and organizing key quarterly activities.

Required Qualifications · At least 6 years of reputed company finance, consulting, reputed company, or other reputed company experience · At least 3 years of overseeing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines · Strong attention to detail and organization skills · Execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills · Collaboration and teamwork skills · Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Applications (e.g., reputed company, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications · Strong Problem-Solving Ability to Build Trust across Business Partners · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Health insurance industry work experience · PowerPoint experience a plus · Growth reputed company Education Bachelors Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute This role is ideally located in Hartford; however, remote employees may be considered based on qualifications. This role is does not support sponsorship Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
