What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a liaison between Contract Manufacturing/Repair partners, and NVIDIA teams – Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning
  • Proactively resolve roadblocks, implement business processes and systems to improve refurbishment operations, capacity management, inventory control at repair sites and coordinate with cross-functional support teams to meet delivery commitments and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement required repair processes and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Procurement to ensure supply chain readiness for new service offerings and ongoing repair build plan at CMs.
  • Drive repair throughput by driving the triple constraint of: i) Test Capacity, ii) Defective Inventory and iii) Repair Component Availability.
  • Supervise Repair Execution (Repair Commit Performance: Planned vs Actual) through metrics such as timely Completion (Qty and Date), Avg. Days Late etc.
  • Handle technical areas of repair process such as – finished goods Quality, yield management, Engineering Change Order Management, Approved Vendor List management and capacity utilization management.
  • Be a champion of repair efficiency leading to the best quality repair output with continuous improvement.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in operations and execution of technology-related products, optimizing the triple constraints of cost, quality and delivery
  • 5+ years working experience as a project manager in product development, NPI, or related engineering fields
  • 8+ years confirmed experience working in reverse logistics, including operations, logistics, and preferably repair involving both in-country and international sites and teams
  • Demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional relationships, e.g., suppliers, factories, and operations.
  • Strong background of factory performance in OEM Servers, PCBA or other related operations including SMT, system integration, and test etc.

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
