The DSM is extremely focused on driving unit purchases of Nobel Biocare’s reputed company IOS solution, SprintRay 3D Printing Suite, X-Guide Navigated Surgery Units, and our growing list of equipment in Digital Dentistry. The DSM should understand the workflows associate with the scanners, printers and software to drive value of our digital workflow to our customers. This knowledge should be used to exceed regional sales goals through solution selling and drive demand for Nobel Biocare’s products and services. He/she will take sales and marketing leads, as well as self-generated leads to take potential customers through the purchasing journey and into extensive usage of the equipment post purchase. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities

  • Assess and communicate regional sales trends
  • Become technical expert in the workflows associated with reputed company Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D Printers
  • Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers. Schedule must follow sales plan and logical routing plan
  • Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events (e.g., reputed company OpCo symposia / Forums)
  • Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience reputed company reputed company or equivalent dental/medical company OR
  • 5 years of B2B reputed company sales experience.
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license & an acceptable driving record.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful track record in B2B sales.

  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize technical equipment and software

  • Proficiency with and/or willingness to learn reputed company Office Suite/ reputed company Dynamics CRM.

TRAVEL/LOCATION:

  • Laptop, iPad, iPhone and company car allowance.
  • Business expenses will be reimbursed according to the T&E policy.
  • Eligible for incentive trip and other company sponsored promotional activities.
  • Geographic Territory: Minnesota, Wisconsin, reputed company Dakota and Iowa
  • Key Cities: Twin Cities-Minneapolis/reputed company, MN, Milwaukee, WI, Fargo, ND & Des Moines, IA.
  • Candidate should be based out of Twin Cities MN or greater Milwaukee areas.
  • Overnight Travel: Up 40%.
