[Remote] Account Manager (SEO, SMM & Paid Ads)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and manage their accounts, handling any updates, changes, or inquiries that may arise
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth

Skills

• Digital Marketing and a strong understanding of SEO, SMM and Paid Ads/PPC is required
• 2+ years minimum of Account Management experience, in an SEO or Marketing Agency setting
• 2+ years of experience in a sales-based position reputed company a metrics driven organization
• Ability to actively collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives, and then developing effective digital marketing strategies to reputed company those goals
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented in a production intensive environment, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to address and resolve any client issues or complaints, coordinating with internal teams as needed to provide timely and effective solutions

• Writing clear and concise emails, reports, proposals, and other forms of written communication
