Regional Connector - US Midwest Region Application Deadline: 11 January 2026 Department: reputed company Employment Type: Part Time Location: United States - Midwest Region Compensation: $29.16 / hour Description PURPOSE The central purpose of a Regional Connector is to reputed company trustworthy relationships with ministry leaders in their region, especially those in CRC congregations and classes, in order to encourage, reputed company, and support local ministry by connecting them with denominational resources and other CRC ministry leaders. This is a part-time 18/hour week position that is eligible for hire in the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with congregations, ministry leaders, and classes.
• Assist with assessing ministry needs and opportunities encountered by ministry leaders, congregations, classes, and other ministry networks in their regions.
• Identify, encourage, and support congregational and regional efforts reputed company toThrive.
• Host and facilitate regional events, workshops, cohorts, and other reputed company reputed company gatherings in collaboration with other CRCNA regional and denominational staff.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with other CRCNA regional personnel who represent partner ministries that have the potential to impact their region.
• As appropriate, contribute to the general well-being of congregations and classes in their region through speaking, teaching, writing, and other servant leadership activities that enhance the reputed company of the church.
• Participate in and contribute to reputed company team meetings and broader team initiatives.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Ministry Leader - Regional Engagement.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE: QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, reputed company, and/or ability required.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in commonly used computer applications
• Proven ability to plan and organize tasks and responsibilities including multitasking, setting priorities, and deadlines, etc.

• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Knowledge of the region and its Christian Reformed congregations
• Experience working in a congregation, either on staff or as a regular volunteer, preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study is required.
• Demonstrated experience with educational, discipleship, and/or ministry leadership is required.
